Training & Workforce Development
At Deadly Pathways to Construction (DPTC), training is more than just compliance — it’s about building confidence, capability and long-term career pathways for our people.
Our workforce development model ensures that every participant is properly supported from day one, with structured onboarding, hands-on learning and nationally recognised qualifications.
Onboarding & Foundation Training
The Young Guns Container Crew lead our onboarding process, preparing participants for life on site. This includes:
Workplace expectations and site readiness
Health & safety fundamentals
Team culture and accountability
Building confidence and work ethic
Mentoring and structured support
This foundation ensures our workers are job-ready, culturally supported and set up for success before stepping onto a construction site.
Construction Tickets & Qualifications
Our construction training and accredited tickets are delivered by Fleetwood, providing participants with the formal qualifications required to work safely and effectively in the construction industry.
This includes:
White Card
Site-specific safety inductions
Machinery and equipment tickets (where required)
Industry-recognised certifications
Building Careers, Not Just Jobs
Through this partnership approach, DPTC creates real employment pathways — combining cultural support, practical skills and industry-recognised qualifications.
We are committed to ensuring local community members gain meaningful opportunities, transferable skills and long-term employment outcomes in the construction sector.
