Our approach blends industry partnerships, cultural integrity, and tailored support programs to ensure that First Nations participants are not only introduced to opportunities within construction, but are culturally supported and equipped to succeed throughout their career journey.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Deadly Pathway To Construction will:
- Engage Elders, Traditional Owners, community leaders, families, and local organisations to ensure project activities align with community needs and cultural obligations.
- Provide clear, respectful communication between the project and the community.
- Facilitate ongoing community yarning sessions, briefings, and meetings.
- Support transparent two-way communication to build trust and maintain social licence to operate.
- Provide weekly community engagement updates to the client.
- Identify and help mitigate community impacts related to the works, events, cultural business, or local sensitivities.
