Building Pathways Between

Community. Culture . Construction.

Deadly Pathways to Construction connects First Nations communities with employment, mentorship and workforce opportunities through culturally safe engagement and industry partnerships.

We support stronger community outcomes through trusted local engagement and workforce pathways.

About Us

Deadly Pathways to Construction is a purpose-driven organisation creating meaningful career pathways for First Nations peoples within the construction and infrastructure industries.

Through the power of sport, mentorship and community connection, we inspire participation and create opportunities that support long-term employment, growth and economic independence.

Our approach combines industry partnerships, cultural integrity and tailored support programs to ensure participants are not only introduced to opportunities within construction, but are culturally supported and equipped to succeed throughout their career journey.

By bridging the gap between industry and community, DPTC helps create stronger outcomes for projects, participants and communities alike.
